Kroger Survey

I ran into Kroger today to buy some milk. At the bottom of my receipt was an invitation to complete a survey online or by telephone. You are entered into a drawing for a $500 gift card if you complete the survey.

I have seen these type of surveys on the receipts for other stores and restaurants but never for Kroger. Do any of you complete the surveys and have any of you ever won anything?
