wrong card scanned, what can I do?

I gave the cashier my keys to scan the kroger card. apparently my albertsons card scanned instead. just checked the number from the receipt and the card. so my shortcut coupons did not go through. will shortcuts still credit me? I emailed them but I'm sure I won't hear from them till later.

also second question.
on the kroger receipt where it says kroger savings, they have:

mfg cpn savings
bonus cpn saving
kroger plus savings

what are the bonus coupons savings? are those the esaver, cellfire, and shortcuts?

I'm not sure about the wrong card situation. But the bonus coupon savings is the savings you get if your store doubles.

Weird, my Albies card always makes the register beep. I don't know what you can do about that with shortcuts except perhaps go into the store and explain to them what happened and see if they will rering to give you the difference for the shortcuts etc.

The bonus coupon savings are the savings you get for double/tripling.
They seperate this out since the store only gets reimbursed the mfg savings from the actual manufacturer. Hope this helps explain it.
