New source for loadable coupons launching Oct 23 in our area...Cellfire, anyone?

I checked out the site:

There is a link to Kroger under "What's New" on the home page. This is a program similar to shortcuts.com that lets you load coupons onto your Kroger card from your cell phone or PC.

When I punched in my zip, Kroger did not show up, but there were people on their forum saying they were using it, so I called and got the lowdown:

Cellfire is launching Kroger nationwide on about Oct. 23 (date may be pushed back a day or two). You can load 10 max at a time, and more can be loaded as they are redeemed or expired. You can also do it all from your computer, no cell phone required. Kroger is not the only retailer, so look for other deals that may suit you as well. It does appear to be the only grocery retailer.

From Cellfire forum:
Q: I do not have a data plan on my cell phone and have to pay for internet access per use, so I don't want to use Cellfire on my phone. Is there a way to use it with PC and savings card only?

A: To use Cellfire you will need to at the very least complete registration. You will need to receive 1 text message on your phone. If you complete registration correctly, you can use only your PC and Kroger Plus Card to access Cellfire deals.

I loaded the P&G savers onto my shortcuts, and used my card and got 2 x Olay Ribbons which were B1G1 on there. I had an MOC for Ribbons too so used that. Looking on the receipt though, they charged me for both Olay at $3.99 each with no B1G1 being applied. Do I take it to Krogers CS, or as it is a Shortcuts matter, do I have to contact them? They were definitely on my card as I had an e-mail to say they were loaded.

Ok, first off, Shortcuts and P&G esaver are two different loadable programs.

Now, check your receipt and make sure they didn't take the 2nd body wash off either right underneath where it was charged, or toward the bottom of your receipt.

Now, if you have confirmed the savings are NOT on your receipt:

What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?
If your discount was not applied properly, contact eSAVER customer service for assistance by clicking on the “Help Center” link in the bottom navigation

thanks for the link ZM. i tried to get the febreze noticeables today with the $5 insert Q, but the one i loaded onto the card didnt show up. i had the cashier just take it off my order since no one knew about digital Qs...

same thing happened to me, says its loaded on my card, didn't show up on the screen when I was ready to pay, so I got it taken off.

Tried the problematic Febreze Noticeables last night - esaver coupon did not come off at self checkout. I contacted P&G, so we'll see what they have to say!

Are you guys trying to buy the new Febreze noticeables or the old packaging?
I am not home so don't have the upc with me of the one that works, but mine was in a cardboard box, not the one in the plastic wrap. HTH

I bought the new plastic wrapped Febreze cuz the scent was better, but thought about it since there was also the box one. Esaver didn't come off, so I called CS# on back of my card, and they are loading $5 on my card to be used like a gift card. Same thing happened before on shortcuts, and after verifying, they loaded it onto my card like a gift card. It's not a problem, but you have to check and follow up to get your savings. I like stacking!

I loaded the .50 cent Betty Crocker icing coupon onto my Kroger card from Shortcuts and I noticed that it didn't come off my receipt. I printed my coupon list from Shortcuts before going to the store, so I know that it was loaded onto my card. It is only 50 cents, but still, I wanted a good bargain!
