Kroger (Texas/Louisiana) ~ Question: Kelloggs?

I see that some of my fav Kelloggs have the mix & match going along with coupons. But do you guys think I can get my frosted mini wheats for under a buck if I wait? Or should I just grab them at $1 a box?

Walgreens is having Kellogg's cereal on sale starting 8/3 buy 4/$10 get $5 back in register rewards. Walgreens might be a better deal if your q's are still good and they have the variety you want.

This is what I am doing!!!

Remember, the $10 MIR does not start until TUESDAY, the 5th, Wait until then to shop. I am getting:

$3 2 Eggo ($1/2 cpn)
$3 2 Rice Krispies Treats ($1/2 cpn)
$3 2 Corn Pops ($1/2 cpn)
$3 2 Keebler Cookies ($1/2 cpn)
$3 2 SOMETHING ELSE (get my mom's insert and buy a duplicate from above)

$15 - $5 in cpns - $10 MIR = FREE!!!

If I didn't have my mom's coupons, I probably would have bought Rice Krispies cereal and my total oop would be $1 for 10 items. Not bad!

Anyone know if any other brands of Kellogs Cereal is included in the buy 10 get $5.00 off. All that is pictured is the Rice Krispies and Raisin Bran, I was hoping that Frosted Mini-Wheats would be in the deal? TIA :)

I did this deal yesterday with 8 x Nutri-Grain Bars and 2 x Rice Krispy Treats. I didn't realize until later that the rebate wasn't good until Tuesday. That's the first time I've ever seen one of these mail-in rebates appear in the paper that wasn't able to be used until later. I'm going to try my luck. I mailed off the rebate. Hopefully, if they decide to refuse, I can get Joe Kellogg on the phone and pursuade him into giving me my money =p
