Ilex posted that Stouffers single size are spitting out $1.50 OYNO catalinas. She bought 6 and got the catalina so she's not sure how many you are suppose to buy to get it.

Windex is suppose to be $1.50 OYNO wyb 2. I haven't test it yet though so I can't say if it work in our region or not.
