Is is worth the trip?

I live in Schertz, TX and shop at HEB. After reading several threads about Kroger doubles and triples I'm wondering if it would be worth it to travel to the New Braunfels Kroger. Anyone in my area?

it would depend if Kroger had a super sale going on or not and how far you would have to drive.

I myself have driven from Katy to Austin when Albies had super doubled up to $2...it was so worth it to me.

Are you sure there is a Kroger in New Braunfels still? I have a couple friends there and they claim no Kroger.

ETA: I just did a search on Kroger website for New Braunfels and no stores come up.

You are right! It's an Albertsons. Shows you how often I head that way. Thanks for letting me know.
