Need to someone to check a 6-22-08 SS Q for me, please

I used the .30 French's mustard from the 6-22-08 SS today at Kroger, and it didn't triple or even double. I asked at the customer service desk because another .50 Q didn't double either. I was told it probably was a DND, but I would like someone to check to be sure they were right, since I only had one and can't verify that. I was hoping for .10 mustard, not .70!

The other .50 Q that didn't double was for Secret from the 7-6-08 P&G, again my only copy.

Did they scan your Kroger plus card?
If they scanned it AFTER your coupons, they will not double.

You're right, they scanned it in the middle of my q's, and the ones after that are doubled. I will go in and show them when the card scan occurred, and see if I will get some money back. Especially with a diff cs person on duty! There is also a scan error, so that $3.49 Pampers wipes will be free, plus the Q I used and the P&G $1 (OK, so I don't have babies, but they are useful for other things!!!)
