Kroger coupon question

I'm new to couponing so I'm sorry if this is a silly question or if I am supposed to post this somewhere else. I do not have a Kroger in my town but my DH is working in the Arlington, TX area and there are lots of them there. I notice they have better sales than my HEB. My question is, do Kroger's double coupons? I just wanted to know b/c I wanted to shop there when I visit DH.

Kroger will triple up to .39 and double .40-.50. They will do this for 3 of the same coupons. After that, the coupon is face value.
Read the thread about the ad, they have a good sale going on right now. A few freebies.

Thanks so much! That really helps. I wish we had a Kroger where I live. All we have is HEB. They don't have any competition anymore besides WM so their prices aren't the best.
