Kroger field trip and coupon swap opportunity

Sorry all, I have had to change the date of the outing to Saturday June 21 at 11:00 am. Please post in this thread if you will be able to attend on that day and time.

As part of the Stretching your Dollar segments that have been airing on Channel 13 in Houston, I would like to plan for a coupon swap and mini training class with field trip.

This will take place at a Kroger in Katy Saturday June 21 in the early morning. The location of the Kroger is 22136 Westheimer Parkway 77450. We will meet up at Kroger at 11 am in the conference room.

You will need to be gathering coupons from inserts, products, hang tags, tear pads, printables...all to swap and share. And if you have coke codes to share bring those as well since some traders want those in exchange for coupons.

Please post in this thread if you are interested in this adventure that will be filmed by Channel 13 news.

I will need coupon newbies as well as pros to help out.

I have a scout training that day, but if you ever decide to have another training, I would love to be able to attend! My Saturday mornings are pretty full between scouts and then working at the animal clinic when I'm not doing scouts.

I am brand new to this. I mean Brand NEW, all I have done has been to read the forums so far. But I do live in Cypress pretty close to the shopping site. I would love to come and bring my newbie mother. Where should we start getting coupons? Well I do have one coupon saved, I shopped at Kroger yesterday and received a $1.50 off Band-Aid brand coupon.

I am so bummed. I was really looking forward to this, but I have to rehearse for a skit for work that Saturday. This is the first Saturday I have ever had to be at work and it happens to be the same exact day and time as this opportunity. :frown:
