Beware of Missing Fuel Points

went to kroger Yesterday and noticed I only had 100 Fuel points for this month.

Checked my receipt from the day before, and I had 670 points for this month.

emailed kroger when i got home yesterday (at like 8am EST) and still havent heard anything from them.

Just wanted to tell ya'll to watch your points and make sure they dont magically disappear. I'm hoping this is just a computer glitch...but...i'm still only at 100 Points for the month.

Thanks for the heads up. I believe 670 pts would give you .60/gal. I'd fight for it.

Don't brag to your "friends" about your Kroger points. What's to stop a deceitful person from using your phone number to access your points at the station? Just wondering as so many more of these "loyalty" cards are tied to our phone numbers.

Did you check your online account? I noticed the same thing this morning, but the online account still shows my 497 points whereas the receipt didn't.

Maconbacon, that's a very good point. It does leave a person vulnerable by just using your phone number.

As for me, I don't bother memorizing numbers anymore since we program them into the phone.
