    READ ME Kroger's eCoupon Policy

    We've had a lot of newbies joining HCW lately, so I just wanted to post a friendly reminder about Krogers ecoupon policy. Combing ecoupons, cellfire, shortcuts, etc. with paper coupons is not allowed per corporate policy & therefore, it's not allowed to be discussed at HotCouponWorld.
