I ran into the Kroger in Jackon, Tennessee yesterday to get my husband some tuna and use my cart buster catalina's that expired yesterday. I was in line to check out when a manager opened a lline and called me over. I handed hiim my coupons and he told me that they can only take 1 internet coupon per like item and then handed me back 3 of my internet coupons. I looked at the q's and they were for Starkist tuna but 2 of them were for any type of tuna and the other 1 was for the one with the mayo in it. I told him they were different. He said they had a meeting this morning and that is what they are doing from now on because there is so much internet fraud going on. They will only take 1 internet per like item. This was from a Kroger manager. I'm wondering if it is just that store or becoming a corporate policy. Has anyone else dealt with this?
That will really mess up some deals.
Soon to be 1st time grannie..can't wait
Me and my sister was shopping at the Kroger on Oil Well Rd in Jackson monday and while we were checking out a supervisor came over and started going through all of our coupons that we gave the cashier. She started giving us some of our coupons back and told us that we could not use them because we had ecoupons on our Kroger card that was taken off when the item scanned. Needless to say, they will not accept ecoupons and a manufacture coupon on the same item. Also, she manually took off the bonus coupon for the coupons that doubled on our items. I was sooooo mad at the fact that i usually shop at the Kroger in South Jackson and they always double my coupons (up to $0.60) on items, with no problems at all. I will never shop at that Kroger again. That has got to be the craziest thing i have ever seen. Kroger on South Jackson has the best customer service and the cashiers are always so nice.

Which Kroger was you shopping at, when you had this problem?
Well, they have a very clear policy against combining e-coupons with paper coupons.
In the past they may have not enforced it at many stores, but it seems they are becoming very strict with it now.
I shop at the South Highland store in jackson, I dont use many ips but when I do so far no problems with it, but they only take 2 of like printables...They have never let you use paper coupons and e-coupons that I know of or they have not me.
They are usually really nice about my coupons but there is one cashier that I have ran into that will give me a hard time over the number of coupons I have, so I try to stay away from her....

Not combining Qs has been in the Kroger policy for quite some time, but never enforced much (I've always had it enforced, so it sort of ticked me off when others were conveniently allowed to combine).
No tomatoes please. I'll be happy with a level playing field.
They have never let me use both!

I had the same trouble last week, where the cashier went over my coupons with a fine tooth comb. I always adhere to the proper coupon policy, but what got me was a coupon in fine print read do not double. Not on the top of the coupon like normal. I honestly did not see it. And while it did double, the cashier manually charged .50 back to my bill. The problem was she did it twice! When I tried to point out to her that she doubled billed me, she got mad. I was so upset that I have yet to go back. And I used to go 3 times a week to my Kroger. It's crazy and a bummer at the same time as I used to love Kroger.
I shop at the Kroger store on N. Parkway. They are SUPER coupon friendly at least to me they are. I don't typically use IP's so I'm not sure about that.
