Kroger Southeast Free & Cheap 8/15-8/22

Okay, ladies...help out my grocery budget ;)

I'm still going through the ad...I think the mega sale is still going on this week though, right?

I'm happy to see Country Crock 10/$10, and I've heard there is a $.40/1 coupon in the August All You (making it only $.20). I've been needing some more and I printed the $.40 coupon months ago but it has never reset

The goldfish for $1 isn't bad. I don't think there's coupons out for it, which is sad, but it's still an ok price if you need them.

If you have signed up for the Kroger My Magazine and home mailer coupons there might be deals for you. I know I recently got a few mailings and one had 50c off mini carrots, so that will make a good deal for me on those at 50c cost. And another mailing had a $1 off hefty storage bags, so that will get me a free pack of those.

eCoupons are the ones you load onto your Kroger card from their website....I just loaded the progresso and some others, including one for the warm delights (which I just bought last night....UGH!)

I have some $1 homemailers for the goldfish, so FREE for me.....YEAH!
I also have the $1 Hefty one-zip homemailer from Kroger so I will get one box for free :)

Kroger minicarrots $1, I have 3 different sets of kroger mailers for .50 off. They have a photo of Kroger salad but the text also specifies carrots.

Goldfish Grahams .75 IP at coupons.com about a month back if you haven't used them yet. Also .75 ecoupon.

I haven't seen this on any of the mega deal lists, but the new Nature Valley Granola Thins are part of the sale, at $1.99 after discount. With the $0.50 Kroger e-coupon plus the $1 or $0.50 inserts or printables out there, you can get at least one box for $0.50.

Same with Kleenex hand towels; they weren't marked at my store last week but they were this week. $0.99 with the $1/1 insert or blinkie.

President Feta (both the 8 oz. block and various crumbled varieties) is on sale for $3 (regular $5) which if you have any of the $1/1 President tearpads makes for a good deal on high quality cheese.

I found some .55/1 blinkies for Country Crock at Publix today. Makes it .45 ea. Not as good as some got here but not too bad either.
