Kroger Southeast Free & Cheap 8/15-8/22

This may be a dumb question but how does everyone get Kroger coupons mailed to them? I use the ecoupons & am registered on the website but they never mail me anything. Is there some special sign up somewhere I have missed for this?

I went to Kroger yesterday and got $79.XX worth of grocery stuff for $11.38.

And, that includes $6.50 of impulse purchases w/ NO sale or coupon because I had my dh with me...so $3 Honey Nut Cheerios (don't get me started), $2.50 for peppermints (could have got them for free at CVS w/ ecb's), and $1 Little Debbies.

But, still $11.38 total for everything.
