Looks like another bad week for coupon deals. My gas discounts are really suffering! Last month I actually got up to the $1/gallon and wagon trained 3 cars down to get the full 35 gallons. DS not so thrilled until I made him calculate (using the calculator on his cell phone) the total savings of $1.05 (.05 from the Kroger mastercard use) for 35 gallons = 36.75 which means he is driving his car (actually MY car) for FREE. Gotta make em do the math!

We had a full-page ad in our Sunday paper (tomorrow's) advertising the Gillette BOGO deal at Kroger. I didn't see it in the actual Kroger ad, but I guess that means it's on for another week at least.

There was a home mailer a couple months ago that had a lot of Kroger brand (Mirra) beauty supply coupons. The bath poufs of some sort are advertised as $1 this week, and there was a $0.50/1 in the home mailer, which I just realized won't double...but a $0.50 bath pouf at least.

Not sure if this has been running longer than this week, but today I swiped some $0.50 Athenos feta: the containers of crumbled cheese are on sale for $1.50, regular $4.50 (I think I'm reading my receipt correctly)!! If you found them, don't forget the blinkies for $1 off bagged salad wyb the feta.

They are $4.50 BOGO in our area = $2.25 for one

Buy in groups of 4 = $9.00
minus 2x BOGO -$4.50
minus 1x $4/2 -$4.00

total $ .50 for 4 - about as close to free as they come, LOL.

Both of the times I did this deal last week, they adjusted the coupon to the actual sales price of $2.25, in the past when they had similar sales - all depending on the cashier + location - I have gotten full price [$4.50] for the BOGO - so potential overage - YMMV.

The Ivory soaps 3-pack and BWs are 10/10 this week [yes bodywashes too!] - so with the .50/1 coupon = also free.

.50/RP doubled = $1/1 - .29 final price

I bought 20 of them today and didn't pay a dime. Why? Because the last time I tried to use 20 manufacturers coupons on Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, the supervisors told me that I could only use 2 total and made a huge scene. I emailed the corporate office and the store manager of that Kroger called me and apologized, saying that they were wrong and I was right. It's a max of 2 IP, not MF coupons, so she sent me a $10 gift certificate for my troubles (: I still have over $7 left and got 20 deodorants free! hahah

This ad ends tomorrow, but there's a great deal on Post Cereal at Kroger.

It's on sale for $1.50/each. Use the $1/2 from the 5/16 SS to get them for $1.00/each.

Many of the Kid's Post Cereal boxes have a Free Child's ticket to Six Flags inside the box!
