    What nailpolish is 0.94 after discount? The cheapest I saw was like $2.89 or $2.99 before discount. TIA!

    It is the Covergirl Queen polish

    Look for her image - At my store it was down near the floor and under another brand, so at first I didn't think it was CG - Queen is the prominent word
