Didn't their USED to be a sale for Huggies wipes?

I thought they used to be included in a "mini-mega" sale for buy x get .50 off each.

I NEED to stock up again, we go through 3 tubs a week.....and I have 1/4 pk left...like I'm buying some tonight sale or no sale. I'll be buying them at $1.50 a tub. But, I KNOW I can do better.
