Kroger (southeast) 10/25 - 10/31 - Mega Event!

Hoping someone may know the answer to this one!

The Scotch Brite sponges that are supposed to be free after the $1/2 coupon? Which sponges are these? The only coupons I can find are $1/2 multipacks. Is it the multipacks that are on sale?

Nope. These are the single-pack NailSaver kinds, which are dark green.

Thanks for the response! Were there coupons for the single packs? I looked and looked and could only find the $1/2, yet I know some other posters were saying they got the sponges free with the $1/2 coupon.

I haven't seen this posted yet.....

Ricola cough drops are a part of the 10/$5 deal. If you still have the free bad coupon this will make overage.

Halls cough drops are also a part of the 10/$5 deal (the regular ones, not the plus, breezers, or refreshers). I saw it mentioned once a few posts back but don't think many saw it. They are on sale for $1 so if you still have the .35/1 coupon it will be a money maker.

This is how the coupon is listed in the database:
Scotch-Brite Scrub Sponges, Scour Pads, Ultra NailSaver Absorbent Scrub Sponges, Dishwand or Refill, Any - 09-20-09 RP
So it is good on single packs. I only had a $0.75/2 but that meant they were all of $.12 each. You do understand that they are .49 after the mega event discount, right---that's how a $1/2 makes them free.

Yes - I do get how they are free, but my problem is that the only coupons I could find anywhere (ebay, etc.) said exactly what you wrote above, only it said "Save $1 off any 2 multipacks of..."

So I assume your .75/2 didn't say multipacks? It may just be that when I went to order, there were no more of what you had?

IDK - but the only reason it's even a concern is because OF COURSE I already purchased the coupons! And OF COURSE they are for multipacks where ARE NOT free! UGH!!! Lol.

I live an hour away from Kroger, so I usually can't check the product or price prior to ordering coupons - but I will find a way to double check next time - that's for sure! Lol.

Hm, that's strange. Sometimes the wording on the same coupons from the same day's inserts is different. But mine definitely didn't say anything about multipacks. If I had more to offer I'd send you some but I only had a couple of the 9/20 SS anyway. Sorry.

I bought those same multipack coupons so don't feel bad. It was the only one that was listed so I jumped on it. I may be a coupon fairy and leave them for the next person. The multipacks aren't a good deal if you have to buy 2.
