Kroger (Southeast) ~ Store Coupon: $25 in talk time for $9.99 at Kroger

Shortcuts has a coupon for $20/1 phone $29.99 or higher for the i-wireless deal. Well, we decided to finally get it. When we got home to activate the phone it comes with $25 in air time. We got the basic plan so it is .20 a minute or 2 hours of talk time for free! The use Sprint towers.

Anyways, there are a few catches like. You have to add time to your phone each month to roll the 100 mintues of free time over. But, hey, it comes with suduko installed on the phone. I'm good to go.

How do you add more minutes? Do you have to buy them from Sprint?? I've been eye-balling that phone ever since I saw the coupon but wasn't sure how it would work.

There are air phone cards at the same kiosk you buy your phone at. Also you can buy online (the rep on the phone said, I personally haven't tried it yet).

But, these are the same phones you get to add free mintues by using your Kroger card.

When we activated our card, it asked if we wanted to get free mintues. We said yes and you can put your Kroger plus number in, or your "alternate ID".

I probably won't add air time. I'm just using for the free minutes each month you can still accrue without adding airtime.

Wait a minute ... Are you saying that you get free minutes every month??? That's awesome! I thought it was just a certain amount of free minutes when you first activte it. If that's the case, I'm on my way to Kroger!!!
