I think anyone in the southeast can bring their own ad up on Saturday. Go to the kroger website and choose weekly ad at the top of the page. Put in the zip code you are interested in and choose the store. TWO ads show up for me. The one on the left is next weeks ad. Works for me with 35801.

My SIL is excited about the Bounty (not basic) for $1 a roll, minus the 25 cent Q doubled is 50 cents a roll. I thought I did OK with the Publix essentials ($1.25-.50=.75), but this is better.

SIL's in the Louisville district and they didn't get this deal, so everything I buy (I think I still have 30+ inserts from the 6/7 week) will be for her.

Before you ask, I have a deal with a paper guy... he gives me the Sunday papers that don't sell (front is taken off to return to the paper office) and I buy him HBA with my RR and ECBs for free.

There is also a .25 ecoupon on the P&G site, so you can get one roll for .25. Hey every penny counts. Publix also still has theirs for 1.25 and if your store doubles and accepts competitor coupons, you can get them for .25 too/ There was a .50 Target in the neighborhood papers and spanish paper a couple weeks ago.
