Doubling issues- dial soap??

Anyone out there having issue with the .35. cent doubling with the dial soap? I had 5 bottles and NONE doubled! When I went to CS about it they told me that Kroger only doubled the FIRST item, then the rest above one would not double. I told them I had NEVER heard of this and they said it was the Kroger policy. What if you needed more than 1 of an item? You were now being punished?

Has anyone else run into this? (Dawsonville, GA area)

I dont know about Kroger policy(dont have a Kroger), but the Dial coupons start with a 9, and will not automatically double or triple... they would have to be manually pushed through....

*if a coupons barcode starts with a 9, that is the case, if a coupon's barcode starts with a 5, it should double or triple no problem.*

I will not be buying any more Dial with those coupons. Tried at two different stores and they don't even scan at the register. I took them both to the CS counter to return and the clerk was nice enough to give me the double coupon amount in cash instead. Too much trouble, though...

AWWWWWW CRAP!!!!!! thats my store! that suck, suck, SUCKS! Have they enforced that policy on any more coupons or did it just happen the one time? The whole reason that I shop at kroger and NOT ingles is because of ingles' coupon policy but now it looks like kroger is getting all crazy too...

In AZ a few of us have run into the only double the first 3 of the same like coupon - but never just 1. Of course this gets misinterpreted to apply to Qs that do not even double ($1/1)...ugh!

I also had trouble specifically with the dial soap Q - it does not double automatically and when I pointed it out, they would not double it for me. I had to talk to a manager.

Come to think of it, I went to CS with a $.50 Cat that wouldn't scan at the register and she didn't give me double. The CS rep said they only double up to $.49?!!! Everyone is making up their own freakin' rules!!!

Ingles was on my bad store list also... The manager there had the NERVE to ask me if I Photocopied my coupons!!! I was so mad, i have never gone back!

I just used three in one transaction here in South Carolina, and all three doubled.

Maybe they fixed the problem? Looks like the sale rolls over to this coming week as well ...

I took my soap back and they were nice and offer to double it for me and gave me cash and let me keep my soap.
