woweeee. I called too. my address was wrong. they told me that they couldn't send me the coupons...but they added $10.00 to my Kroger card!!! wowwww!!
I had heard of people recieving special coupons from kroger, homemailers, with coupons for free stuff sometimes, I have never recieved anything from them, so I decided to call customer service a few minutes ago.
I explained to the customer service rep that I have friends all over the usa (hcw) that have been recieving these home mailer coupons and I wanted to recieve them but I have never had anything.
She asked me my kroger card number and said that I hadnt updated my details enough, so my info was not on the database!
I gave her my name and address and telephone number and she said some would be coming my way!
Just to let you know if you are not recieving these just give them a call and ask. Doesnt hurt to ask!
......As Im sat here thinking about it..... dont know whats best, me getting coupons, or them having my address and phone number!!
Now they have a address for the crazy coupon lady that gets 2 carts full of free stuff![]()

I have called twice. The first time - they added my address. Still no coupons.
Second time - the CSR was less than helpful. She said that I wouldn't get any until I was spending at least $300 a month.
Um.........I have a hard time believing that.
That might be true, but it would be $300 before q's! My monthly purchases are usually between $200- 400 before q's, lots less after, always spend under $300, usually under $200/month. I only know this because I get .10 gas credit for every $100 spend, and the amt. they credit me is Always more than what I spend. When I add in q's - it's about right.
I get their q's most months, not all - thinking back, it can very well be related to my lower purchases those months. I'm in the mid-Atlantic region, but I'm sure it's the same or at least similar in all areas. HTH.
