Well - I'm signed up with my card and I have called corporate. They say I should be getting them, but I'm not.

I think I do get them every 6 weeks or so. Maybe try to contact them again, maybe a new CS person will be more helpful. Sometimes we catch people on an "off day". Hope they send some savings your way. . .
