I agree...try going to customer service. Grab another item first and take it to them with your receipt and tell them what happened and see if they can fix it. Last time I forgot to put in my Kroger card, they just gave me cash back and didn't even blink an eye. It seems like they are pretty good about these things. If nothing else, return the 9 items and re-buy them with 10 next time. The sale is still going on until the 15th, if I'm correct, so it should be no problem.

Betty Crocker frosting is free this week also. Well, one will be. Shortcuts.com has a .50/1 you can attach to your card and they are $1.50 after the B10G$5 off. So if you use one frosting as one your 10 items and the .50/1 coupon along with the shortcuts .50 off it's free. Hope this makes sense.
