WendyW. Hi! If you look up in on the top of I think aisle 5 or 6 in the Russell store, it states only 1 coupon of the same kind doubled per transaction (verbatim). Rumor had it they enforced that for about a month a few years ago. And people stopped shopping there. So that rule is old.
ETA: I edited my whole post since it was as clear as mud, and off topic.

Of course Santa is a couponer. And yes dear, he obviously has the same wrapping paper as me. He got it on sale too. How do think he can afford all those toys?
