They took mine an hour ago.
So... I stopped at Kroger about 3 days ago -used all my q's with no problem. Yesterday, I stopped and grabbed a few things, and they refused my IPs saying that they only take the ones printed from the Kroger website. Has this happened to anyone? Is this a new policy?? I didn't see anything posted anywhere about it, and I'm just baffled. They used to be so coupon friendly. :(
They took mine an hour ago.
I sent an email to corp asking about the policy. They said they just changed the policy and they will no longer take ips for free products or ips that take 75% or more off of the original price.
Weird...
Ours refuse them too. But, one time recently I forgot and handed one over and she took it no problem. So, YMMV...seems like some are trained and some aren't. That is the first I heard about taking them up to a certain percentage off. Hmmm...making up rules as they go along, maybe?

My Kroger (Great Lakes Region) takes them without a problem. I used 4 just today. Of course, there was this one time I had a problem with this one cashier....
I had a problem with this too, a couple of weeks ago. Got manager to accept the coupon at the CS desk, but I emailed anyway asking about it, and this was the response:
The person who responded also claimed that they would send the response to my local store (central NC), and when I went back the next week they took them, no problems. Hopefully they will be able to nail down an official policy...Kroger recently changed its internet coupon policy and will now accept print-at-home internet coupons providing the following is true:
· The coupon is not for a free product or for more than 75% off the original cost - we do not accept those from the Internet.
· The coupon scans properly at the register. If the registers do not register, it is most likely not a valid coupon.
· The coupon is not altered in any way.
