DEALS Entertainment book discounts

I can't believe I haven't shared this yet. I have to tell you about my best friend when I go shopping.

My entertainment book from entertainment.com. They are now only 9.99 usually $25 and sooooo worth it. They have lots and lots of q's for different stores and restaurants. But, in regards to this forum. The Atlanta book have Kroger discounts for each month of the year. Usually they say repeat savings on each of the Kroger pages. If they do, this means they do not tear out the coupon. You may use that coupon repeatedly as many times as you wish during that particular month that is named. The cashier will scan the back of the coupon and it will show for ex. this month 10% off $30 Ent.

This year the Atlanta one's do not say repeat savings. Therefore it is up to each ind. store as to whether they let you keep the coupon to reuse or not. Even if you only get to use one q per month, if you do it on a larger receipt it would still be more than worth it to get the book.

I am going to list each months discount for you, even though some month's have obviously past and is no longer valid.

Each coupon states;
One coupon per customer, per order. COUPON CANNOT BE DOUBLED. Excludes alcohol, tobacco, pharmacy prescription, fuel & sales at Customer Service Center.

Offer validity is governed by the Rules of Use and excludes defined holidays.
Offers are not valid with other discount offers unless specified.
Coupons void if purchased, sold or bartered.

Jan. 1 -Jan. 31, 2008 10% off a grocery purchase of $30 or more.
Feb. 1 - Feb. 28, 2008 $3 off $30 or more, $4 off $40 or more, $5 off $50 or more.
March 1 - March 31, 2008 $3 off $30 or more, $4 off $40 or more, $5 off $50 or more.
April 1 - April 30, 2008 $3 off $30 or more, $4 off $40 or more, $5 off $50 or more.
May 1 - May 31, 2008 10% off a grocery purchase of $30 or more.
June 1 - June 30, 2008 10% off a grocery purchase of $40 or more.
July 1 - July 31, 2008 15% off a grocery purchase of $50 or more.
Aug. 1 - Aug. 31, 2008 $5 off a grocery purchase of $60 or more.
Sept. 1 - Sept. 30, 2008 $5 off a grocery purchase of $75 or more.
Oct. 1- Oct. 31, 2008 $5 off a grocery purchase of $25 or more.

That's all for this years book. The new years book starts in November of each year.

There is a cut out coupon for $5 off a grocery purchase of $50 or more valid until October 31, 2008. This particular coupon can be cut out and use anytime of the year prior to the exp. date.

Well, I think I covered everything. HTH. I'm really looking forward to July's 15% discount.

I thought I had to scan the ent. q before my paper q's and forgot to tonight. The cashier scanned the book q barcode after we done my paper coupons and it took off the whole discount. My balance after q's was 64.02. Ent. book discount $8.71. W0W! So, it apparently takes off the original discount even after the coupons.

My discount would have been more, but it does come off after the sales and e q's.

I heard about it about two weeks ago. I already ordered two 9.99 each. I can not wait to get them. That way I can get the great discounts twice a month and I will definately get my money's worth.

Woooo Hooo!!! I love coupons!

Just to let you know if you purchase your book from a fundraising group (our local high school band) you can get it for $20 when they first come out. I purchased one just for the Kroger coupons. I didn't realize in previous years that the coupons were reusable. That is awesome!! I've actually used almost all of my Kroger coupons at Publix. Hehe. I just used the 10% May one and got $8.90 off my Publix order. After all my coupons, I was down to $18 for a $90 order! :)

I'm considering picking up another book.

Thank you! I have tried to get my husband to buy one for awhile. He want to order through fw so he gets his fat cash, or something like that. I almost wonder if it is worth it though? For less than $10 I will pester him like there is no tomorrow to buy it!

ETA - shipping is $2.49 when you use the OP link.

That is incredible!!! I just recently found out that Publix takes competitors coupons. I even drove by last night to make sure. Yep.
So, I called my Kroger mgr. and told them about Publix and does Kroger do the same thing. He said nope, don't have too. Their prices over all is cheaper, but he said it might be something they look into starting.

Oh hon, it is so worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I use mine constantly. Mainly for Kroger, but also if we need to get a burger or something. Check out the website and you'll see discounts for so much more. But to me personally, it really pays for itself every month just at Kroger,
