On my shortcuts account, it shows that I have TWO $1/2 Ritz cracker coupons. Do you think they'd both come off if I purchased two?

I think so!! I just noticed that I am able to put two of one kind on my card also. I am going to try tomorrow with the deli creations!
EDA maybe not just realized yours said off 2 maybe you would have to buy 4 then? Hope it works with only 2 though!!
