    QUESTION Coupon Policy Question

I went to Kroger to use my carefree coupons and was told that I could use only 5 same product coupons in a transaction. I was going to do two transactions when I was stopped by the CSM and she told me that it wasn't per transaction but per day limit. Can they just have a universal coupon policy so there isn't such confusion? My kroger has gone from unlimited to 10 to now 5 of the same coupons items. I am getting so confused. I am so tempted to go elsewhere.

From my experience, each Kroger seems to be allowed to post its own rules. Once there was a sign limiting like coupons, but within a couple of weeks, the sign was gone and I've used up to 8 of the same coupon without issue.

If your ad says unlimited double coupons, I'd show that on your next shopping trip if you're stopped from using the amt of coupons you'd like.

I'm sorry you are frustrated! Each Kroger is allowed to set their own limits but I agree it stinks. I am not sure why they can not have a universal policy like most other stores.
