    QUESTION e-coupon troubles?

    Hello again, friends;

    Well, it all started last Thursday when carefully planned transaction went awry. None of the e-coupons in it came off, I mean none. I was in a hurry (DH broke his ankle in three places and we do shopping only once a week in order to save money on gas and put less strain on the family membe who is very kind to drive us), went back home and ... my Plus Card number did not match the one on the receipt! I have a regular key-chain with a bunch of other loyalty card on it but none of those matched the last four numbers on the receipt either. Fine, called Kroger Customer service, explained to them the whole situation and got at least my Fuel Point in the account, although it took me almost three days to get through BS of 'we are not responsible for computer glitches, we cannot give Fuel Points of that person to you, etc.'

    Like a lot of Kroger customers I play Deal of the Day. Imagine my astonishment when I logged in and found ... 1 e-coupon in my account. That was the freebie I got today. The rest of the e-coupons (99 of them at the amount of $124.99) were gone. I spent about an hour so far trying to straighten the matter out, including but not limited to 'you must have redeemed them already, someone in your household must have removed your coupons, someone got a hold of your card and redeemed and removed the e-coupons'. The problem is that I have all three parts of the card with me , so e-q redemption by some evil person within or out of my household is impossible. Last night they were all there, this morning they were there and then within six hours they were redeemed or removed? Goodness, now I have heard everything.

    The lady at the e-coupon help line was very friendly but said that it would take them several hours (all 24-48 of them) to restore my coupons. But at this moment I am kind of reluctant to believe I am ever going to see the 99 e-coupons I lost.

    Never before had I encountered problems with any of the e-coupons before and this entire situation is a mystery to me. Anyone else had issues with their Kroger e-coupons lately?

    yikes! I just checked my account and my ecoupons all appear to be there. I was last at Kroger sat. and three of the four ecoupons i was expecting came off. I plan to be back there tomorrow and i will let you know if i run into problems. I hope you can get your coupons back!

    This happened to me last week as well. I went to store and noticed my ecoupons didn't come off. Went online and all of my ecoupons were gone. I didn't even try to call to restore them. I've also had an issue were I purchased an item and it matched ecoupon exactly and ecoupon still didn't come off.

    No problems here. Wonder if it had to do with Deal of the Day (I didn't play - never remembered at the right time).

    This happened to me last week too. It was the ecoupons for the Bounty paper towels and the Charmin bath tissue. The only reason why I purchased these products was because of the large ecoupons. I noticed it after checking out and customer service gave me cash for the amount of the missing ecoupons. They said that a couple of other people had been to them that day saying their ecoupons had not come off either.

    Same thing happened to me with those 2 coupons - and cs gave me the $.
    They said it had been a problem.
    But I also had a $10 cs e-coupon from Kellogg's/Keebler in December, another $5 e-coupon for something (I forget what) and a .40 Fiber One.
    I plan to call today to see what's up.
