That's why I am not a fan of these ecoupons- unless I am going to buy the product that day and I load it onto my card just prior to heading to the store, and I know I do not have a better paper coupon. I am worried I will forget which ones are loaded onto my card. (I know there is a list that you can print off that tells you what you have done, but I seriously do not need one more thing to keep track of!)
Also, I don't see how it is unethical to ask or discuss how ecoupons work. I have reread the posts, and I must be missing it. I didn't see where anyone said they intended to use or recommended using both an ecoupon and a paper coupon in the same transaction. IMHO I think it is better to talk about how to use ecoupons correctly so that people do not accidently violate the policy.
I hear what you are saying, but it is HCW policy not to allow discussion about using coupons in a way that violates store rules or general coupon rules. As e-coupons from cellfire and other e-coupon sources are technically manufacturer's coupons, and paper coupons are obviously manufacturer's coupons, that would be using two man qs on one product purchased, which is not allowed at pretty much all stores and prohibited by the fine print on most coupons. That is why we have that policy. Hope that makes sense.

I completely understand the policy. I was just saying in this thread I didn't see where anyone had violated it.

how did the pricing show up on the receipt? Did it show that the cheerios was free or is like a mega event where it deduct 2.49 from your total.

shows up as free by the cereal purchased, and deducts 2.49 or the amount of the cereal. All of the General mills cereal and bars should be tagged with the deal that are participating items. This is also a two week deal, so depending on how the sales work in your area should go through a two week sales cycle.
