They are 8.99 at our mid atlantic store. I did not try it there but I did roll it at a great lakes store last week and it worked fine.

Two Krogers in Raleigh area had them for $8.99, no special sign about the CAT with purchase either. But they roll just fine, in fact, the last 4 I bought I did back to back transactions, rolling with the $3 CAT and a $5 coupon, making them $1.69 with tax (lousy tax is 70 cents!)

But a good deal nonetheless!

I considered the refills but with a $1 coupon and a $1.00 CAT, it still ends up being $1.99 plus tax for each of those and it was actually a better deal to buy the full unit and only pay .99 + tax.

The refills in the stores I was in were $3.99 each :sad:
