Yesterday I found a tearpad for $0.55 off Kraft Caramels. This was located in the produce area next to the apples on a cardboard display.

i found jergens, biore, and curel coupons in the pharmacy section on a endcap with the product. They were little booklets with coupons inside

If you have a Rite Aide nearby, Kraft caramels are on sale for $1 this week, so that would be 45c a bag!
