Kroger - Cellfire & Shortcuts
I went to Kroger the other day, used coupons, and still spent $12-ish out of pocket.
None of my Shortcuts coupons came off ($5 worth) and none of my Cellfire coupons came off ($4 worth). I emailed both of them
This time, Shortcuts was VERY agreeable & are sending me a gift card for the difference.
This was my response from Cellfire:
"Dear Valued Cellfire user, Thank you for contacting Cellfire’s Customer Service. We were able to research your issue about not receiving Cellfire discounts. Unfortunately Kroger will not allow you to "double stack" coupons. Cellfire discounts can only be applied to one item without any other coupons attached to the product. We do apologize for the inconvenience."
(I had to write them back to (tongue in cheek) ask them for a copy of their new coupon policy, as I had always been able to use both kinds of coupons before. ARGH! I hate wasting money like that. I guess I shouldn't rely on these kinds of programs anymore to get great deals at Kroger.
Any other opinions?

re: Kroger - Cellfire & Shortcuts
My cellfire and shortcut coupons came off...but my manufacturer coupons only multiplied for the remaining amount...for example...Betty Crocker frosting..1.79 -.50 shortcuts coupon and I had a .50 cent coupon that would typically triple...ony this time it only took off .50 and .79 for the triple amount..So their computers have been reprogrammed to prevent any kind of overage..atleast in NE Ind. where I shop.
