Kroger (Louisville) ~ Question: Shortcut not coming off

Is anyone else shortcuts credit not coming off when they buy the product? 2 different credits didn't come off my receipt yesterday. When I email nothing happens.

This happened to me. Just go to the shortcuts website and under FAQ (frequently asked questions) theres something that says coupons not redeemed, click on it and a form will come up. You can dispute a coupon. Mine happened to be the Big K colas, the .50 did not come off. I filled the form out, they emailed me back and credited my acct. for .50. The next time I went to Kroger and spent money on anything, it came off. It worked.

Shortcuts is a pain in the a**. I had 19 dollars worth of coupons NOT come off at shortcuts.com and its really irritationg, apparently there is a limit on disputes. Which I dont dispute often in fact this is only the second time in less than a year I have disputed it just so happens I have $100 worth of groceries which should have been more like 75 cause shortcuts messed up and didnt work..

I JUST had the same thing happen! Unfortunately, I've had to dispute almost every order. I just saw that my last order was only partially credited for the coupon that didn't come off. This time, I had $3.05 in shortcuts that didn't come off. I just got the email saying it was denied. It looks like the dispute limit is about $3 or so (?). I wrote them back a tactful but scathing email about how I purchased the correct items, and it is ridiculous to limit the disputes when I'm purchasing what I'm supposed to, and I have no way of knowing if they're going to take off the coupons (hold up their end of the bargain) or not. I hope I get my credit so I can stop counting on Shortcuts. What a shame! And to boot - I have a couple dollars left in disputes on my card, but the money is not coming off my totals. ARGH! (Hold me back, hold me back!)

So I read the terms of use or whatever...it said that Shortcuts is not responsible for coupons that don't work, yadda, yadda, yadda...that I would need to contact the individual companies about the coupons. Has anyone done this or know how to go about doing it?
Also, I still have $2.40 in activated coupons (for reimbursements from Shortcuts) that will [I]not[I] come off any of my orders. I can't get them to let those go through.

This is so frustrating, and I keep trying to use the Shortcuts coupons but getting burned. Suggestions? Throw some chill pills my way.
