QUESTION Shortcuts Problems

Does anyone else have a problem getting shortcuts to redeem on their receipt at Krogers? Sometimes I get credit other times I don't. I used to be able to report a dispute but now it comes back after reviewing your claim and receipt against our records, we were unable to validate your claim.

Any help is appreciated.

my hubby got a kroger card...he has different last name, we used different addresses (physical and POBOX) somehow i believe that krogers merged our cards...because every time i would load a deal onto his card...they wouldn't work if i had already done the deal on my card. of course...i don't know that this is the actual problem...but the timing was just too close!!

Yes, sometimes I have had instances where a q wasn't deducted, but I have also had instances where a coupon deducts from the purchase, but it doesn't clear through shortcuts and I was able to get the product with the discount again. One time i disputed the coupon not coming off and they credited my kroger card for the amount of the coupon. I'm suprise they rejected your dispute (assuming it was legit) when I disputed I got the credit for the coupon amount within an hour. Maybe try again??

I talked to Kroger this morning, shortcuts is not working properly. THey do not know when this will be fixed. You can talk to the desk or call customer service if the coupons do not work. THey will credit your card or the desk can is they so choose.

I had a bunch for the holidays loaded, but no they won't come off at the register. So I guess I call customer service.

Thank you. I will check at customer service. This has happen to me twice when I try to dispute a purchase it comes back that they can't find my purchase. Other times it credits me the cash. It was the Betty Crocker Frosting and I have 2 coupons with different expiration for that item.

Just used the "contact us" link on ShortCuts. I got a response within an hour..and my coupon amount is now added to my Kroger Card as a credit. WHAT WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Krogers gave me the money back. Since it says about aol on the shortcuts I didn't think Kroger would give the money back. What a great company.

Moma, that is what I meant in my beginning post that the dispute thru "contact us" didn't work either. I notice when after I enter my information and click the submit button the Kroger name leaves doing the submit.

From orginial post:

I think Marcina got the right information from her Krogers it just isn't working right. My Krogers didn't know but gave me the money anyway. They said I was the other one that came in there talking about the program.

I used the BOGO Olay Body wash one today and it worked perfect. The total actually came off immediately under the product. I first thought that it didn't work until I reviewed my receipt. It showed up like this:
