I continue to be amazed by just how slow these people are work-wise. Do they really have nothing better to do than to harass people who are giving them money?

Sure think your friend should let Better Business, Kroger Corporate, and either the local papeer or the TV station know about the phone call thing.....and that there was no attempt to be dishonest..you did ask prior to actually doing it..

And, Kroger has always called me back on questions I had = even when I write them on their Kroger Corporate question link

Just wanted to add a quick note about this store. I was up at Best Buy on Wed and was already feeling quite ill-tempered from doing battle over my computer so decided I would go in this Kroger store and "dare" them to refuse my qs. So, I went in, got 24 boxes of kleenex (had 24 .50/1 qs), 40 packs of cottonelle (40 .50/1qs), 36 cans of mighty dog (36 free qs), 10 powerade (10 .50/1 qs), 1 10 pack of powerade (free when you bought 10 powerade), and 14 softsoap at .99 each (14 .35/1 qs). Figured I had enough to really set them off and was ready to do battle just for the heck of it if they gave me hard time. Decided I would get back at them for hard timing you.
Well durn and be durned if they game me absolutely no trouble at all . Took every q with no problem and never a raised eyebrow. Shucks I didn't even get to look mean at anyone. You all must have done something to straighten this bunch up cause they were all peaches and cream on Wed. Go figure.
Hopefully they got whatever was in their wheaties out and they will be ok to deal with from now on.

I called corporate myself last week and they just sent the complaint to Louisville district. Corporate did absolutely nothing even though I requested a return call from Corporate. District called me today that their decision stands. The man became agitated when I asked him what the decision was because I was never called and told the final outcome. He told me the store manager and the risk management person both informed me the situation. I am sorry, but neither called me with the final outcome. He thinks banning me will keep Kroger from going broke!!!! How wild is that!!!???

He actually wanted me to give him names of other coupon users so he could ban them also. I thought in your dreams. Anyway I do have friends who have used expired coupons, received overage, and use over 50 coupons per shopping trip and who also clear shelves, all with manager permission. I will not give up those names. I may need them to shop for me in the future!! lol

This man said he had a single (1) transaction that showed a considerable purchase paying under $10 for it. That is the basis for him saying I cleared shelves and use excessive coupons and that is what he told me was the reason I was banned. Oh, and he officially told me I was banned today.

Employees at this Kroger store in Etown were really nice to us the month before we received the call for us to stay out of the store. So, beware, I think they are up to something. It appears that they made a duplicate copy of our transactions that day in June and got our personal info from it to get into our kroger card file. From there they researched history of all our transactions and used that as a basis to ban us from Kroger. They may be making duplicate copies of all major coupon transactions for all I know.

The best advice I can give is to remove your personal info from your old registered Kroger card and get a new one and be careful what info you register. You would not receive coupons in the mail without correct name and addy but if they research your history/transactions, there would be little info.

Thank you all so much for information about not having problems. Especially since many of you do more coupon damage to Kroger than we do. That just adds fuel if we decide to consult a lawyer.
