I never got coupons after many attempts w/ the website. The best advice I can give you is go to the customer service desk and they have this brochure that says
something "are you getting valuble kroger coupons" update your address. Free postage so I filled it out and mailed it in. 6 weeks later I started getting them. hope this helps

The other day when checking out I got several "Best customer" coupons from the cat machine. I was so happy cause I have never had this happen before. Better yet I got a Kroger mailer yesterday with several man. Q's inside. Maybe I finally made the "Nice" list.

I emailed Kroger through their website about being disappointed that I hadn't received any coupons, and they called me the next business day (today!) and said that I was now on the list and should be getting some in a couple weeks.

If you want to get the mailed coupons and haven't, I would suggest emailing them as well.

This isn't a "home mailer" but everyone who got the sample of the Rachael Ray dog food from Kroger, open it up and feed your doggies! There's a Q in the bag!
