FYI Kroger says there's been no limitation on coupon policies

The Kroger Co. ( KR - news - people ), which operates the nation's largest traditional grocery chain, launched a website about 18 months ago that allows customers to download coupons to their store discount cards or onto home computers to print. The site added a mobile phone coupon app last year.

"We've seen slightly more complex couponing, which can take longer for us to help our customers exit the store," said Kroger spokesman Keith Dailey.

The so-called extreme couponers make up a small portion of customers and Kroger has not been forced to limit coupon use because of the trend, he said.

"But we're certainly keeping an eye on the industry," Dailey said. [unquote]

    Thanks Jaws1!

Here's another brand new website where you can leave a comment. No matter where you live or shop, please support Houston shoppers in their efforts to get doubles and triples back. Since Kroger eliminated them in April, other areas of TX have been affected too. Even the Perrysburg, OH store lost their 1.00 doubles in June. Many stores have put on new limits and changed their coupon policies. Albertson's, Price Chopper, and the big pharmacy chains have made changes too. Please let your voice be heard. Speak up!! Please like Bring Back Doubles on Facebook and follow on Twitter too. Thanks!!
