anything saved is not a failed trip...if you have went to the service dest then and there they would have took the coupons that you did not give the cashier and gave your moey back for them.
it takes time!!!!!
Well, I found a coupon for a product that I really like, and saw that Kroger had them on sale. So I clipped 13 of the coupons, and went out to shop. Since the coupons were for $.55, they wouldn't double. So While they should have been free, that miscalculation made them only half off. I still bought them, because it was a good enough deal for something that I really like (Zone Perfect Bars).
Then to make things worse, I forgot to hand her 5(!!!!!) of my coupons. It was my first attempt.... And I failed XD

Thanks :D I'm not willing to give up yet.
It's not just newbies that make mistakes, so rest easy. There are plenty of us seasoned couponers who make some doozies as well.![]()
Yay, someone from Michigan :D
Oh, I'm sure once I get into it, I will still make mistakes, its just who I am ;)

Dont give up !! We all do that sometimes or I have left and the cashier did not scan a coupon. Ive been doing this my whole life with my mother and it happens.
RIP momma! You are my coupon queen 1/16/1963-7/12/2010 you would be so proud of me and my coupon using :) I love You
I have had a coupon for an item and completely forget to hand it to the cashier too. Lesson learned. It takes some practice to get good at this. I am new and learning alot on the forums.
I always tell new couponers the first rule of couponing is they will make mistakes, particularly in the beginning. Any new skill takes practice.
I've been couponing for nearly 3 years, and, if I do more than a couple stores, I'm bound to make at least a small mistake.
For your first time, I think you did great!! BTW, I'm in Waterford. You're not too far from me!! My match ups on this board should be spot on for you as I'm using a Metro Detroit ad.![]()
