Has anyone done the GM promotion $5 GC more than once? My first transaction was fine. Cashier got the GC prompt and everything went smoothly. I went the next day to do another transaction and the GC prompt would not come up. Three cashiers double checked my 4 items and identified them as the correct items but couldn't get the prompt to come up. They finally sent me to CS to get my $5 GC. My ad says one per transaction. I didn't know if it was one per CARD and maybe that's why the prompt wouldn't appear...or maybe it was just bad luck for me.
