Electronic coupon message at register
Now, I know that it is against Kroger's policy for you to use an electronic coupon loaded on your Kroger card with a paper coupon on the same item.
But yesterday, I actually had the cashier hand back my paper coupon. She said that the register displayed "electronic coupon" so she couldn't accept it. The worst part is that the electronic coupon was worth $1.00 but my paper coupon was worth $1.50. So I was stuck using the electronic coupon since it was loaded to my Kroger card.
The cashier made me feel like I was a crimminal too, just because I can't remember what electronic coupons I had loaded to my card.
At least the Columbus area is still doubling up to 99cents. I hope that lasts!

Re: Electronic coupon message at register
The same thing happened to me and it is very aggravating because the customer doesn't get a chance to decide which coupon they want to use. The ecoupon takes precedence.

Re: Electronic coupon message at register
That's why I don't do e-coupons. (aside from the fact that most of them are for things I don't buy)
