KRoger GLR Eastern Ohio stores now doubling .99 and below?

Some stores at least are now doubling .99 and under in Eastern Ohio. ANyone noticed this being the first week for this? It is at the bottom of the front page of the 3/21 ad.

I haven't found any deals really. The blinkie for the Greek Yougurt is .75/1--reg price this week is 1.69. They were 1.00 so pay either .25 two weeks ago or .19 now-LOL!

The Dole Fruit Crisps has a .75/1 cpn. They are 1.99 after the MEGA DEAL pricing, so, .49 each. Not sure they are even worth that!!

This is a subject I could get on a soapbox about. But...they are not doing this in Detroit. At least not yet. And our economy is one of the worse in the nation. Why, oh why, can they do that here?

Was at the Martins Ferry Kroger yesterday and the cashier mentioned they received an email to start limiting like coupons. Don't know the details. He said it wasn't in effect yet.
