Kroger Great Lakes question

I 'm new to shopping at kroger and was curious if anyone can tell me how often kroger has the mega events? Is this just once a year or do they have really good deals with coupon match ups more often. Until the last 2 weeks I didn't think kroger had that many good deals to shop there. Any info on how much you shop kroger and when there great sales are would be appreciated!

The Mega deals don't really come on a schedule. It seems they have several a year , some better than others. They run 2 weeks in a row and this past one was pretty good.
