In the add I have the cereal deal for 50% off is on that little half page fold over...not a milk deal. Maybe they not having one in the Columbus Ohio area.

I went to Kroger on Saturday and did the cereal deal... Bought 4 boxes that were included in the promotion but I didn't get a $4 cat. Was it supposed to be a cat? There was $4 automatically deducted off my order, but I think that was the random EQ that everyone seems to be getting. Should I have received a cat for my next order too?

Yes it is a catalina. Did the cereal deal 4 times and got one each time.
Maybe you could go back to Kroger, show them your receipt and get them to write you one.
