I know what everyone is saying!

When I was there this morning it was dead, so I just walked around looking for anything promising just in case. I even looked for hanging coupons that might match up and make good deals. I didnt find anything. Everything full price is soooo expensive. I only go when there is a sale item I want and didnt realize it was like that.
Even the markdown clearance items were high priced. $3.00 for clearance shampoo??? No thanks

Dont know if its ok to say this here but I did find a some $0.50/1 coupons at CVS for Sobe water. The coupon has a big CVS logo on it but it is a manufacturer coupon and I used similar ones during last triple with no issue. The regular Sobe price is $1.59. Will make those $0.09 if anyone else can find some anywhere.

Kroger stores around Columbus, OH don't allow tearpads to be hung in their stores from the vendors..if they hang them, Kroger fines them...rediculous isn't it?..they're already way overpriced & now they're not letting vendors hang any teapads that could save their customers money. If i can't save money there what's the point?..NONE!

The jackson store use to be my fave. But their prices have went wayyy up this year. Looked at the ad I picked up yesterday LIMIT 3 like coupons now!
And the no tearpad thing.
And they are remodeling and took out DS's favorite green giant statues.
And lots of new employees.
I do not like change!!

So, why would you buy (2) half gallons of milk for 1.50 each (comes to 3.00 a gallon) instead of a WHOLE gallon sitting next to it for 2.29??? I tried explaining this to another customer but was looked at like I was an alien....

i'm glad you said this- i thought i was going crazy when i went lat week and the oep sides were 1.99- i KNEW they didn't use to be that high

A cashier last night said she heard they were doing TRIPLE FUEL POINTS on gift card purchases during the four day sale. She was not too sure though. :(

So, who wants to tackle this problem with tripling cpns?

Let's say an item costs 1.40, there is a cpn for .50/2. Does the cpn triple to $1.50 off on 2, or, does it "triple" only to the cost of one item, thus being 1.40?

What do you think?
