Kroger (Great Lakes) ~ Question: Kroger Coke Rewards Help!

Help!

I just got a free 12-pack coupon from rewards in the mail yesterday, and I just went to Kroger to use it and they wouldn't except it telling me it was fradulent! I tried to do some searches and it looks like it was a problem back in the summer, but this new one should have a different upc code?

Does anyone know if this is a Kroger thing? I don't want to go Giant Eagle/Meijer/Walmart and them to think i'm a scammer....

because of the big time problem last summer alot of places don't take them anymore. I read somewhere that a person got their coupon from coke, had to call coke and have coke call their store. It was a headache :(
