Kroger (Great Lakes) ~ Question: Marcell small steps paper products

I tried to post in the deal seeker section but no one in our area responded.
The Detroit news has has these coupons in the insert and I have NOT found the product anywhere. If I go to the website they say kroger has it but I frequent many Kroger stores and haven't seen it for almost a year now.
Any Ideas?????

I saw it at the Kroger in Howell, Mi yesterday. It was the tp multipack (I don't know how many rolls 4? ) it was $3.76 which is way too expensive for me. even with the $1 q (and that store doubles $1q's)

welll...the Kmart on 12 and John R used to have it. I'm not sure about now. But yeah....it seems a little bit more expensive though.

My Kroger does not carry it, but I was able to find it at Giant Eagle (not sure if you have one of those).
