But ever have one of those weekend already full trying to squeeze in Triples? I totally agree, the deals are not that great so not going to sweat it if I can't make it this time. Thanks again!![]()

Mentioned on another site I frequent:
Betty Crocker pouch potatoes - .09 after triple
Too bad I used my Qs at GE this week. (sigh)

I looked the entire store and didnt see much. Here are a couple things I got:
Suave bodywash $1.79 (used $0.50/1) = $0.29
Yakisoba noodles $1.29 (used $0.50/1) = Free - no overage
Sobe water $1.49 (used $0.50/1) = Free - no overage
Jello boxes $0.99 each (used $0.50/2) = $0.48 for 2
Betty Crocker Frosting $2.18 (used $0.50/1) = $0.68
Barilla Piccolini pasta $1.69 (used $0.50/1) = $0.19
12 ct PopTarts $1.98 (used $0.55/1) = $0.88
Register would not give any overage when the triple went over the price of the item.
$0.55 coupon doubled as the sign said it would
Sobe coupon was the only coupon I used that did not come from the newspaper or was internet printed
I was a bit disappointed because I was hoping to use lots of my $0.50 and $0.40 betty crocker coupons.
Summer YES I know exactly what you mean one of the 1000s of acivities we had planned just happened to be by Kroger so I talked DH into letting me run in for a minute even though we were all wore out ready to go home he said just admit that you have to because your addicted and Ill let you LOL
BC Frosting was 2.25 here so .75 not that great
Grands biscuits small cans were .79 - .35/1 =free but no cat I thought there was a current cat deal but either theres not or those dont work.
Bounty Basic 1.19 - .25/1 = .44
BC fruit shapes 1.77 - .40/1 = .57
Dial Foaming hand soap 1.50 - .35/1 = .45
Dial 2 pk 1.39 - .35/1 = .34
Amy does your store normall double .55 qs?
The sign said that last time but our only doubled to .50 b/c our store only doubles to .50 normally. If all the stores are doubling .55 Id make time to go back but if not Im not gonna fool with it.

I live in Marion (45 from Columbus) but I shop in Columbus Kroger when I am there. I have noticed over the last year or so that usually the prices are the same or pretty close so I watch all the threads for my surrounding area.
My Marion store had a sign by the door explaining the triple sale and it said $0.55 will only double. My store usually DOES NOT double anything over $0.50. If they have ever done so, I didnt notice it. I think this was maybe just part of this weeks promotion.
I think I would have been able to find a few extra deals but since I didnt know about the $0.55 until I got there, I didnt bring very many of that amount with me.
I did see the variation in the frosting price so maybe there are a few cents difference per store/location. (Marion Meijer and Columbus Meijer are also bad for that) Also, the BC fruit shapes was one of the items I wanted to get. Searched all over and couldnt find them. Didnt even see a tag for them so maybe they dont sell them any more?
Anyways....HTH![]()
I got a bunch of Campbell's soup today with triples. I also stocked up on Suave kids' shampoo. On sale for $1.28, had $.50/2 coupons so 53 cents each after coupon.I also got some fruit snacks and some Pillsbury Italian bread. It's always a nice surprise when I check my receipt and see that I had some shortcut/Cellfire qs for things I bought, since I always forget about them!
Found 2 more deals tonight:
reynolds foil paper 30 square $1.29 (used $0.30/1) = $0.39 each
Dr Pepper 20 oz bottles $1.49 (used $0.50/1) = free no overage
Tear pad coupon for Dr Pepper found tonight at CVS cooler/freezer section
Reynolds coupon from newspaper insert (expire 10/11/09)
The Pillsbury pizza crust tubes were on sale for $1.25 in Hilliard so with the 35 cent coupon from one of the recent coupon inserts they were only 20 cents each.
i also shop at the marion ohio store... and i believe they always dbl up to $.99 (except during the triple coupon promo) thats been the case for me at both stores anyhow!
purell = free (insert Q)
sauve deo = free (insert Q)
i also found the dr. pepper but noticed the big ole cvs logo on them and turned into a chicken! but i might give it a go tomorrow
