Flint Area
Detroit Area
Ann Arbor Area
Lansing Area

Columbus Area

Ads run Monday-Sunday Q. Well, I thought I was a part of the Great Lakes region, but now I'm not so sure. What region do I belong to?
A. Please refer to
this sticky to see the list that Mexi put together!
Q. When is the new ad posted here on the forum?
A. Usually the moderator, Krystalily, tries to post the ad Saturday night at midnight and then follows up the next day with the coupon matchups along with possible pictures of the Ad. This is so you don't have to go to kroger.com to view it.
Q. Does my Kroger double coupons? A. Please call your local Kroger and ask! Some double coupons up to $1 and some double less. It depends on your area and your store. Please refer to
this thread for stores that double coupons.
Q. Does Kroger take internet printables? A. It varies from store to store. Once again, you'd have to call and ask. The official policy is paraphrased here:
(courtesy of past KGL mod mamaknowsbest and Irismania)
Kroger instituted a change in the company's policy to now accept print-at-home (PAH)s internet coupons as of November 29th, 2007 and as store divisions across the United States have already complied with this
change…hopefully, management's word in your store has gotten to each store's head-cashier.
We do accept internet coupons, providing the following is true:
1) The coupon is not for a Free product or for more than 75% off the original cost - we do not accept those
from the internet.
2) The coupon scans properly at the register. If the registers do not register is, it is most likely not a valid
coupon.
3) If the coupon is altered in any way.
Other than that, yes, we now accept Internet coupons. You may simply provide your cashier with the coupon at the time of check out and as long as it scans, it is fine.
Q. How do I know a coupon is real? A. Please refer to
this sticky on checking to see if coupons are real/fake.
Q. How do I get a Kroger store loyalty card?
A. Just go to the customer service center and tell them you are interested in applying for a Kroger card. You must have one to get all the in-store savings and to sign up for the eCoupons. You can also apply for a new card
online.
Q. My card has uploaded coupons from eSAVER/Cellfire/Shortcuts and I have a question about it. A. Please refer to
this thread. Q. I bought some reusable bags and I brought them in. Will I get a bag credit?
A. This might be on an individual store basis, but every Kroger I have gone to so far gives a 5 cent per bag credit. Make sure you ask the cashier before a transaction so they can get it set up as one of the first things they punch in so they don't forget as it is a relatively new process.
